STRATEGIC VISION
Client since October 2025 and still active
CCPA and GDPR requirements met, in the client's words[S1]
Sound familiar?
Tick anything that's happened on a study in the last 12 months.
“Not because the consumer didn't want it, not because the consumer didn't want to participate.”
Tick 3 or more and this is built for you.
None of these is a questionnaire problem. They're all the same problem: invitations that never reach the people who would say yes. That part is fixable, without touching your survey.
What Strategic Vision saw on one key study, in their words.[S1]
Show me where my study is leakingWhat changes
We don't rewrite your questionnaire, move you off your platform or buy you new respondents. We fix what happens before anyone reaches your survey, so more of the people you already have start it and finish it.
Stays exactly as it is
Changes, measured weekly
Strategic Vision, before and after. Nothing about their survey changed.
All figures and quotes are Strategic Vision's own, from the recorded interview; the 2× figures relate to one key study.[S1]
Which of these is costing you most right now? Bring that number to a 30-minute review.

“We were able to see a change the moment and the very day that we started working with Jordan.”
Alexander Edwards, President, Strategic Vision[S1]
Sterling Clicks runs fieldwork across several Strategic Vision studies. The 2× figures are the client's own, from one key study.
How it works
Between your list and a completed survey, respondents drop out at every step. Your survey platform owns the last one. Your team owns the first. The middle, where most of the sample is lost, has never had a specialist. Now it does.
We do one thing: get research firms more survey starts and completes from the lists they already have.
The people you have the right to contact. We check provenance and consent with you before anything goes out.
The step where Strategic Vision lost about half. Invitations run on capacity reserved for your studies, never shared, and land where people actually read.
Where most sample is lostInvitations written for your audience and your study, tested and improved every week of the programme.
Every person who agrees to take part is sent their survey link quickly. No willing respondent is left waiting.
They take your survey exactly as you designed it, on your platform.
The programme
We pick the study, agree your baseline and set the targets that count as success.
We build everything around your study. You share the list in scope and your current numbers.
Weekly reports on starts, completes and cost per complete against your baseline.
More studies and waves. Each one runs cheaper per complete than the last.
Strategic Vision bought the same way: “We told him about the issues. He gave us the answers… we then did a test together and the test came back with very positive results and we then went forward.”[S1]
Sterling Clicks vs the alternatives
Email tools are built for newsletters. Survey platforms are built for surveys. Panels sell you strangers. Sterling Clicks does one thing only: gets research firms more survey starts and completes from the lists they already have.
| What research firms need | Sterling ClicksDedicated survey delivery | Email marketing toolse.g. Mailchimp | Survey platform emailWhat most firms send invitations with | Top-up panel samplePanel providers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Quotas filled by the field close date | The whole programme is measured on it | Not what they're built for | A send button bolted onto survey software; filling quota is on your team | If you keep buying more |
| Cost per complete as you scale | Falls with every study you run with us | Rises with contacts and sends | Licence, plus reminders, top-ups and your team's time chasing | Rises with every complete you buy |
| Respondents | People you already know and can verify | Your subscribers | People you already know | Strangers you have to screen and trust |
| Your survey and platform | Untouched | A separate tool to run alongside | Unchanged | Their panel, their rules |
| Delivery capacity and reputation | Reserved for your studies, never shared | Shared with every other sender on the platform | Shared across the platform's customers | Not applicable |
| Data protection and compliance | Dedicated handling and storage in the US, Canada, UK and EU; data processing agreement as standard; built for CCPA, GDPR, UK GDPR and PIPEDA | General marketing terms; your client-supplied lists are usually prohibited[S4] | Covers the platform, not how invitations are delivered | Varies by vendor and panel source |
| Who is accountable for starts and completes | We are, every week, in your numbers | Nobody; they report opens and clicks | Nobody; they report invitations sent | The vendor, order by order |
| Outbound delivery expertise | Specialists who do nothing else, handling it for you | Built for marketing teams, not research invitations | A feature bolted on; it needs outbound specialists your team doesn't have | Not applicable |
| Support when fieldwork stalls | A named expert who answers the same day | A ticket queue | Software support; nobody specialised in outbound delivery | An account manager per order |

What stays yours
Compliance, in the client's words
“The main focus that we had is we wanted to make sure that we are compliant… whether it's a CCPA here in the states or GDPR in other areas of the world… Jordan was able to meet all those pieces relatively easy.”
Works with your stack
Your survey platform is excellent at building and fielding surveys. Email delivery is a feature bolted onto it, not its specialism. We sit alongside it, with nothing to migrate.

Who you work with
You work with me directly, from the first review to the weekly numbers. I take on a small number of research firms at a time so every study gets full attention.
“Jordan is one of the easiest persons to work with.” Alexander Edwards, President, Strategic Vision[S1]
Questions
No. The questionnaire, the platform and the survey experience stay exactly as they are. We work on getting more of your list to start and finish them.
Yours. We work as your processor under a data processing agreement, use your lists only for your study, never share them with anyone else, and delete them when the work ends.
Research firms that survey their own or client-supplied lists and need thousands of completes a month, where studies run long, response keeps falling or top-up sample is eating the margin.
More sample adds respondents you don't know, at a price that rises every wave. We get more of the people you already have a relationship with to take part, so the sample fills faster and you can stand behind who answered.
One setup month, then a three-month minimum live, on a fixed programme fee agreed up front. We set it against what the programme is worth to you: the top-up sample you no longer buy, the months of fieldwork you get back and the studies you can take on. We walk through that on the review call.
Most programmes work best with a prize draw that you fund and own, separate from our fee. We help you design it. Your legal team approves the official rules and any registrations it needs, such as in New York and Florida for larger prize pools.
The numbers you care about: starts, completes, cost per complete and days in field against your baseline, in one weekly report. You can check every figure against your own survey platform.
Every study starts from a different place, so we agree the baseline and milestone before we begin. Strategic Vision saw a change on the first day, in their words.[S1]
Details of the study or panel that's behind, your current response and completion numbers, the list or segment in scope with its legal basis, and a named owner on your side.
The review covers what's holding your fieldwork back and what we'd change. What you'll judge us on is your own numbers against your baseline.
Your cost, today vs with us
Three quick numbers. Your survey, platform and questionnaire stay exactly as they are.
Sample, panel or recruitment cost per complete. Leave out incentives.
We don't touch your survey, so your completion rate carries straight into the result.

About the client
STRATEGIC VISIONA research-based consulting firm in San Diego that has spent more than 30 years studying why consumers choose, stay loyal to and recommend the brands they buy, with a long track record in US automotive.[S3]

The struggle
“About half of all of our emails that we were sending out there were not getting to the people that we wanted to get to.”
“Not because the consumer didn't want it, not because the consumer didn't want to participate.”
Strategic Vision's studies depend on people it has the legal right to contact actually taking part. When invitations don't reach them, fieldwork runs long and every complete costs more.
The turning point
“we have found that Jordan is willing to run any proof of concept.”
The result
Days to collect a comparable amount of data · one key study
“We were able to see a change the moment and the very day that we started working with Jordan.”
“we were able to create a new problem for ourselves which is we had a significant number of consumers on a daily basis calling us… And of those two problems, I would prefer the one that Jordan made us suffer through.”
